So I made supper tonight, this time with a completely homemade recipe. Such great food.
Very good supper.
2 lbs stew beef, cut into half-inch cubes
3 large potatoes, cubed
1 large carrot, diced
1 796 ml can crushed tomatoes
1 398 ml can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed chilies
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 cup frozen corn
2 tablespoons instant beef stock
Bring eight cups of water to slow boil in a large pot. While water boils, brown the stew beef in a wok or large pan with oil of your choice. When the beef is browned, spoon it out of the drippings with a slotted spoon and add it to the st
